Easter Celebration

Celebrate Easter at Gondolen and enjoy delicious food, stunning views, and classic elegance.

 

This year’s Easter menu features classic flavors and seasonal ingredients. You may also choose to add a beverage package for 600 SEK. For our youngest guests, we offer an Easter plate for 225 SEK. Throughout the Easter weekend, selected dishes from our à la carte menu will also be available.

Starter: Clay-pot herring with vendace roe from Kalix, butter-boiled potatoes, dark rye bread, pickled onion, egg, and dill

Main Course: Saddle of lamb “Provençal” with wine jus, ratatouille, aioli, and gremolata
Beverage: 2022 Alain Graillot, Crozes-Hermitage, Rhône
