This August, we invite you to celebrate a traditional Swedish crayfish party over three days. This is a tribute to the Swedish late summer season featuring a carefully curated crayfish menu, a festive atmosphere, live jazz, and unbeatable views over Stockholm.

The celebration begins with a grand opening party on August 27 and continues on August 28 and 29.

Gondolen’s Crayfish Menu

Snack: Tartelette with Västerbotten cheese cream and vendace roe

Starter: Chanterelle toast on pan-fried levain bread

Main Course: Half a kilo of Swedish signal crayfish, spiced cheese, Västerbotten cheese, and bread

Dessert: Sorbet with melon and Moscato d’Asti

Price per person: SEK 1,250

A beverage package is available for SEK 750, including:

2022 Domaine de la Vougeraie Terre de Famille, Bourgogne, served with the chanterelle toast
2024 Eva Fricke Kiedrich Riesling or Spendrups Signatur beer, together with 4 cl of Gondolen’s aquavit, served with the crayfish
2024 Prunotto Moscato d’Asti, Piemonte, served with the dessert
