You are warmly welcome on Thursday, August 21st, to celebrate the crayfish party in true Gondolen style – with classic elegance, culinary finesse, and a delightfully festive atmosphere.
Throughout the day, our jazz band will enhance the mood with live music, and in your glass you can enjoy our own aquavit, flavored with bird cherry and blackcurrant leaves from our gardens at Ulriksdals Värdshus.
Crayfish Menu (for a minimum of two people):

Appetizer: Tartlet with Västerbotten cheese cream and vendace roe
Starter: Chanterelle toast on fried levain bread
Main course: ½ kg Swedish signal crayfish (per person), spiced cheese, Västerbotten cheese, bread, and aioli
Dessert: Lime melon sorbet with Moscato d’Asti, fresh melon, and lime
Price per person: 1150 SEK
The crayfish menu is available for both lunch and dinner on August 21st. Of course, you are also welcome to enjoy something from our à la carte menu.
