Valentine’s Days

This year, we’re extending the Valentine’s Day celebration to an entire weekend! From Friday, February 13 to Sunday, February 15, during both lunch and dinner, you are warmly welcome to join us and enjoy a carefully composed four-course menu. Alongside the menu, you may also choose one of three thoughtfully curated wine pairings in different styles, with all wines selected through close collaboration between our sommelier and head chef. The experience ranges from a fresh start featuring some of Austria’s finest producers to truly memorable pairings for the main course, such as a well-aged Burgundy served from magnum.

Snack: Caviar tartlet with smetana, pickled cucumber, honey & chives

 

Starter: Crudo of lobster and scallop with yuzu, blood orange, ginger emulsion & apple

 

Main Course: Baked turbot with sauce bordelaise, truffle, oxtail croquette, Jerusalem artichoke & sautéed spinach

 

Dessert: Chocolate fondant with lightly whipped cream, vanilla ice cream & cherries

 

Price: 1295 SEK per person. Please note that the entire party will enjoy the same menu. Prepayment for the menu is required when making the reservation.

 

Our regular à la carte menu will also be available on February 13 and 15. On February 14, only the Valentine’s Day menu will be served. Please note that the Valentine’s Day menu cannot be combined with dishes from the à la carte menu.

 

At Bar Zeppelin upstairs, the same menu is available to book for both lunch and dinner. DJs will also be playing on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

From the bar, you can order this year’s Valentine’s Day cocktail at Gondolen: Wild Ones – a clarified milk punch with gin, wild strawberries, lychee, sumac, and lemon.
