Easter Celebration

Welcome to celebrate Easter with us at Gondolen! We have created a classic and delicious three-course menu that captures all the best flavors of Easter.

The menu is served from April 17th to 21st, so book a table in advance and let us make your Easter extra special.

 

Starter: Pickled herring with Kalix vendace roe, butter-cooked potatoes, rye bread, pickled onion, egg, sour cream, and dill

 

Main Course: Saddle of lamb with grilled asparagus, spinach, wild garlic, lamb breast croquette, lamb jus, and lemon thyme

 

Dessert: Poached rhubarb with pink peppercorn, vanilla cream, rhubarb ice cream, and lemon verbena

 

Price per person: 995 SEK

 

During the Easter weekend, you can also enjoy dishes from our à la carte menu.
