Welcome to Gondolen for a classic and elegant New Year’s Eve celebration, with views over Saltsjön and live jazz in the dining room until 3:00 AM!
This year, we are serving a special New Year’s Eve dinner in two seatings throughout the evening — and if you’d like to start the celebrations earlier, we welcome you for lunch.

For lunch, you can choose between our full menu or our 4-course menu — a shorter version of the New Year’s Eve dinner, featuring the same flavors and ingredients.

Early Dinner 17:00–20:00
– New Year’s Eve dinner: SEK 2,095. Book early dinner at Gondolen
Late Dinner 21:00–00:00
– New Year’s Eve dinner: SEK 2,795. Book late dinner at Gondolen
If you book the early or late dinner seating, you can also add tickets to celebrate midnight on the Pelago terrace.
THE NEW YEAR’S EVE MENU
Canapés: Tartlet with Kalix vendace roe, sour cream and chives
Tartare with Swedish dry-aged beef tenderloin with herb emulsion and Baerii caviar
Pâte à choux filled with Gruyère and fresh winter truffle
Cold Course: Confit Norway lobster with ginger, mango, cucumber, Rhode Island dressing and cucumber cress
Fish Course: Butter-poached cod loin with “Grand Cru” Champagne sauce, Kalix vendace roe, Baerii caviar, trout roe and chives
Meat Course: Beef tenderloin “surf & turf” with grilled lobster, sautéed spinach, Madeira jus, brown butter hollandaise and fresh truffle
Dessert: Citrus and yoghurt glace au four
Coffee Sweets
With advance notice, we can accommodate lactose-free, gluten-free, nut-free and pescetarian diets. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate other allergies or dietary restrictions on New Year’s Eve.
Up at Bar Zeppelin, we invite you to our daytime party with drop-in from 12:00 PM. Champagne, cocktails and our New Year’s Eve menu served in four courses will be available to order throughout the day and evening. A DJ will set the mood and keep the celebration going into the early hours.
